Donna Lee Carroll

Donna Lee Carroll 71 of Pawtucket passed away on February 20, 2026, at her home.  She was born on September 14, 1954, in Central Falls, daughter of the late James L. and Mary (Lachut) Carroll.  Donna was a Registered Nurse most recently for the Coventry Health Center and Woodpecker Hill Nursing Home.

Donna is survived by her daughter Autumn Carroll of Cranston.  She leaves behind 2 grandchildren.  Donna was the sister of Patrick Carroll of Pawtucket.  She was a friend to many.

A Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend will be held at 11am on Saturday March 7th in St. Joseph’s Polish Catholic Church 391 High St. in Central Falls.  Arrangements are under the care of the Charles Coelho Funeral Home of Central Falls.
